At the working day, Vietnam Olympic Committee made a report about a progress of the Project. After inspecting the reality in some locations to organize some games in the ASIAD 18 in Hanoi, the Project will adjust to meet some demands.

At the working day, the Edition Board of the Project expects to receive some contributing opinions to solve some disadvantages to collect some information for the Project.

According to some appreciations of the meeting, the Draft of the Project is not suitable to meet some requirements of the Project.

Some items of the Draft are not good enough to meet some requirements. Therefore, the Edition Board should develop some contents in the Contract to organize the ASIAD 18 and associate with some Departments and relevant sectors.

It is proposed that some locations should focus on saving some expenses and some neighbouring provinces to organize in savings.

Summarizing at the working day, head of Vuong Bich Thang requires that the Edition Board should receive and collect some opinions from some members to adjust the Project. Besides, head of the Vietnam Olympic Committee and Department of High-Achieving Department, Center for Sports and Physical Training, International Cooperation Department, Department of Finance co-associates to ensure a quality asprogress. The Project should be fulfilled in 3 months to submit to the PM for an approval.
