Hanoi Environment Group (HEG) is holding a series of events in collaboration with the Australian Embassy in Hanoi to celebrate Earth Day.

Thought-provoking films on climate change will be shown over four days April 19-22 between 7-9 p.m. every day at Cinematheque, 22A Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, the group said.

After the final film screening on April 22, organic wine and cooking tastings will be held at an Earth Day party at 8 p.m. at Cinematheque.

On April 23, volunteers will participate in tree planting at Tay Ho from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. HEG’s members will also clean up Tay Ho Lake, and organize fun family-oriented entertainment.
