This May, the Sheraton Saigon Hotels and Towers in Ho Chi Minh City will offer a Labor Day brunch and dinner, a special Mother’s Day feast and a weekly Mexican Fiesta.

Every Thursday night, the hotel’s Saigon Café will host a Mexican party that is sure to perk your evening up. The fare, priced at VND860,000++ per adult, includes taco salad, Serrano ham croquettes, vegetable quesadilla with mango lime salsa and luscious desserts including tequila lime bars, coffee and kahlua flan, plus free flow of house wine, coffee and tea.

The Labor Day Brunch at Saigon Café offers delectable dishes from a selection of stations throughout the restaurant, including antipasto, Japanese delicacies, a carving station, open grill, desserts and more. A fresh selection of sushi, sashimi and seacooking, roast beef prime rib, baked whole salmon with teriyaki and sesame seeds and desserts including mars bar cheese cake, longan coconut pudding and passion panacota are just a part of what’s on offer. For the same price of the Labor Day Brunch, the Labor Day Dinner consists of an elaborate menu that includes baby lobster with Mornay sauce, foie gras, roasted crispy suckling pig and a crépe station. Dinner includes free flow of house wine, coffee and tea.

The Sheraton’s Labor Day specials continue at the Li Bai Restaurant’s special Asian buffet. The feast will feature a Chinese BBQ corner, authentic favorites like double-boiled abalone and chicken soup with assorted nuts, braised sea cucumber and seafood with Chinese mushrooms, plus a free flow of house wine. Price: VND870,000++ per adult.

For Mother’s Day, the Saigon Café will offer customers a champagne brunch buffet featuring roasted ham with honey and mustard, seafood thermidor and a large selection of sweet temptations including a chocolate buffet. A rose will be presented to Mum on this special occasion. For VND1,200,000++ per adult, the buffet includes a glass of Moët Chandon, a frozen cocktail bar and free flow of house wine.

On the same occasion, the restaurant has planned a dinner buffet that includes Korean BBQ pork ribs, Vietnamese favorites and local and international desserts. Enjoy the dinner with free flow of house wine and coffee/tea at for VND980,000++ per adult.
