A tourism company has set up an ancient house on Nha Trang beach to welcome the upcoming Sea Festival 2011 in the central province of Khanh Hoa.

The Nha Trang Xua Tourism Area bought the 120-year-old house from a rural village in Dien Khanh District and relocated it on the beach.

The house will serve as a rest stop for tourists during the biennial five-day Sea Festival, which starts on June 11.

Apart from admiring the old-styled architecture of the house, tourist will have a chance to enjoy traditional dishes of Khanh Hoa inside the 12m-long house.

The Sea Festival 2011 will include a whale-worship event, a bird’s nest fest, cooking and wine tastings, a street carnival and beach volleyball tournaments.
