VietNamNet Bridge – Artists of the Youth Theatre will head to Beijing as part of the 10^th Asia Art Festival, to be held in the city of the summer games from September 26 to October 8.

This dance will be performed at the festival.

The theatre group will perform “Yellow apricot blossoms”, “Lullaby of Forest” and “Seeking Friend”. The pieces have been arranged by People’s Artist, Le Hung and will be performed by Trong Thuy, Duc Lien, Hong Ky and singers Luu Thien Huong, Hoai Phuong and Hai Yen.

After the festival, the Youth Theatre will meet and unveil a special show for the Vietnamese community in China and Vietnamese Embassy in Beijing staff, entitled “Melody of Motherland” on October 10, 2008.

The Asia Art Festival is held every two years and gathers art troupes from Asian countries. This year the festival will see the participation of 30 troupes.
