1. Huong Pagoda Festival (lasts for 3 months, from January 23th to the end of April 23.) 

The district-level Huong Pagoda Festival will take place in 2023 in order to celebrate and promote the worth of the Huong Son scenic complex, the special national relic, and the historical relic.

This enormous celebration, which is celebrated annually and is regarded as a component of Northern culture during Tet, draws many Buddhists from all across the nation to engage in pilgrimages. The Huong Pagoda Festival is not just a typical springtime festival for traveling, but it also has enormous significance because it preserves the North's culture and beliefs. The ritual displays the religious ideals of all major religions practiced in Vietnam, including Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. The celebration combines the beauty of nature, heaven, and earth with distinctive national culture.

2. Lim Festival (from the 12th to the 14th day of the first lunar month)

The festival is held in the period from January 12-14 every year, in which the 13th day of the first lunar month is the main festival with many important activities and ceremonies. Lim Festival 2023 will be held at Lim hill in the area of Lim pagoda (where Mr. Hieu Trung Hau is worshiped)

This is a cultural treasure of the Kinh Bac region, which has a long history and has undergone extensive development (the old Noi Due). It presently encompasses six communes and wards: Noi Due, Noi Due Khanh, Lung Giang, Noi Due Nam, Xuan O, Tien Du and Due Dong (Lim town), as well as the city of Bac Ninh.

The Quan Ho singing competition, which was conducted on the evening of the 12th lunar day, featured well-known Quan Ho villages from the area and was one of the most notable performances at the Lim festival in Bac Ninh. All night long, singing will be done without any props, in a rustic style that is both traditional and inviting.

Folk games are also played throughout the festival in addition to Quan ho Hoi Lim singing, which both heightens festival excitement and provides a stage for villager competition. It is possible to name some of the unique games played at this event, including wrestling, swinging, human chess, martial arts, rice-cooking, weaving, etc.

3. Ba Den Mountain New Year Festival (takes place from 04-16/01/2023 lunar calendar) 

There are two significant celebrations held here annually: the Ba Mountain Spring Festival and the Via Ba festival of Ba Linh Son Thanh Mau (Via Ba festival). People from all over the world pay attention to and focus on the Spring Festival of Ba Den Mountain in Tay Ninh every year. At the Spring Festival of Ba Den Mountain in Tay Ninh, there are a lot of fun and lively activities in addition to serious visiting and worshiping activities.

The Ba Den Mountain Spring Festival in Tay Ninh not only profoundly reflects national identity but also conveys the people's hopes for a prosperous and happy life. Many pilgrims travel here on this day to pray for luck at the start of the year and carry red paper packets containing money or a grain of rice.

During the festival period, January 5, 2023 is probably the busiest event with the ceremony of "presenting the offerings". People offer incense, fruit, wine, lamps, etc. In the following days, there will be a ceremony of conversion and repentance. Those who come here can continue to pray and offer incense.

For Vietnamese people, the beginning of the new year occurs between Tet and spring. As a result, people hold spiritual festivals during this time to wish each other luck in the coming year. In addition, these celebrations give individuals a chance to honor and remember the virtues of historical forefathers and heroes.
