Beer, pretzels, dancing: German band hits HCM City’s Oktoberfest

| VietNamNet Bridge – Trenkwalder, a four-member group from Germany, will give a folk music and dance performance at Oktoberfest, the biggest annual German cooking and beer festival of the year, in HCM City today.
The young, dynamic music group includes Hubert Trenkwalder, “Demibata” Hans Peter Wille, Philipp Haniger and Christian Bernert. Led by charismatic Hubert, the band has been thrilling folk music fans for more than nine years. Oktoberfest will present authentic German food, including sausages, sauerkraut, pork knuckle, pretzels and potato salad, as well as draught Krombacher and bottled Schneider Weisse.
