VietNamNet Bridge – The Dep Fashion Show 7, the most expected fashion show of the year, will stage for one night, October 4th, at Hanoi’s Friendship Palace.

Vespa scooter will be auctioned on the event.

Moving in Style is directed by movie director Ngo Quang Hai, who is expected to organise a “one of its kind” show and bring further successes to the series. The fashion event, the seventh of its kind includes four collections by designers Mai Lam, Do Manh Cuong, Vo Phan Huy and Le Ha.

Each collection will be different from each other, but complementary to each other to show a panorama of the contemporary life, which individuals styles are indispensable.

Mai Lam’s collection Believer puts traditional beauty on the catwalk. The collection is a reflection of sentiments by many successful people when they comeback to the land where they were born.

Do Manh Cuong’s collection Fashion Victim is inspired by the Japanese Harajuku style. Meanwhile, Le Ha’s collection, The Return is her feelings about French culture, people, styles, etc., when she was studying there, as well as her adventures in the beautiful city of Paris.

Phan Huy will introduce the The Orchid Portrait will combine eastern and western cultures, with the journeys being both luxury, courteous, and exquisite.

Organised by Dep magazine, Le Media, Piagio company, the show gathers about 60 models from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

As part of the Dep Fashion Show 7, an exhibition named “Moving” moved from Ho Chi Minh City to Gallery 29 Hang Bai Street, Hanoi from September 25 to 28 and then will be displayed at the Hanoi Cultural Palace where Dep Fashion Show 7 takes place on October 4.

Vespa scooters from Italy painted by famous artists Thanh Chuong and Le Thiet Cuong will be auctioned on eBay Vietnam as of 10am, October 4, 2008 at the starting price of $7,000 each. The auction will close at 10am, October 30. Proceeds from the auction will be transferred to Dep Fashion Show’s ‘Fund for Young Talented Designers’.
