VietNamNet Bridge - Artistry Hennessy heated up the National Convention Hall, Hanoi with the performance of British pop singer Shayne Ward, the band alternative rock Until June and Latin hip hop band The D.E.Y.

The show opened with the appearance of three young men from the band rock alternative Until June, including Josh Ballard (piano and vocal), Dan Ballard (guitar) and Daniel Dempsey (drum). Audiences were really satisfied with the band’s hits in rock alternative such as That Went Wrong, Unnoticed, Baby, The Saddest Song, You Do and particularly Sleepless ( top in Greece in June and July and Norway in June, 2008).

It became noisier with the next appearance of the band The D.E.Y. The female vocalist Élan and two hip hop men Divine và Yeyo performed very skilful hip hop dances in an impromptu style in songs: I Love You Too Much, Get the Feeling, Give You the World, I Need You. They concluded their performance with the song She Said which, they said, was for all mothers in the world.

And the most important person of the night appeared at last from the high stage: pop star Shayne Ward. His first song “If That’s Ok with You” performed together with dancers, took a large number of fans to come nearer to the stage, standing up and singing along with Shayne.

“If That’s Ok With You” is also the first song in Shayne’s second album which is expected to be one more his success. His next songs which he said “very sensitive” like No U Hang up, Next to me, Apologize, No promises, U Got Me So, U Make Me Wish and particularly That’s My Goal (rank the first in the UK list and sold 1.3 million of its copies) really heated up the hall as their melodies have become familiar with many Vietnamese fans.

Shayne and the D.E.Y closed the night with the song “Could You be Loved” which they said was a present for Vietnamese audiences.

Not only be enjoyed with international stars in hits, audiences also satisfied with the stage layout and modern sound and light system.

The first Hennessy Artistry in Vietnam ended with the promise to return to Vietnam by all Shayne Ward, bands Until June and The D.E.Y.

Perfect sound and light.
