VietNamNet Bridge – Two artist brothers have set up a gallery in the heritage city of Hue city last Saturday, which they hope will become a rendezvous for painters to work, meet each other, and showcase their works.

Workspace: Exhibits at New Space, an art gallery which opened last Saturday in Hue.

“New Space” also has space for exhibitions, seminars and workshops.

Situated in Lai The Village, it is just a few minutes away from downtown Hue, but enjoys the tranquillity of a rural village, greenery, traditional institutions that remain intact, and a proximity to mansions belonging to mandarins of the past.

Painters and twins Le Ngoc Thanh and Le Duc Hai own the place.

Coupled with the inauguration is a week-long exhibition that has attracted works by painters representing three generations of artists in Hue.
