VietNamNet Bridge - Vietnam won a bronze medal for its bear circuit item at the Flamingo International Circuits Festival 2008 in Wuhan, China, the first medal at an international contest in over 20 years, said Vu Ngoan Hop, Director of the Vietnam Circuits Federation.

Honored Artist Hong Loc, director of the bear circuit item, said that “the item proved the advantage of Vietnam’s animal circuits. After this festival, the Hu Pei Circuits invited us to take part in the Circuit Festival 2009 and perform in Hu Pei province.”

The circuit’s festival in Wuhan grouped 12 international circuit troupes and 5 Chinese ones, totaling nearly 200 artists.
