VietNamNet Bridge – It is said that Pham Linh Dan, a famous Vietnamese-French actress, didn’t receive a penny for her role in Vietnamese movie entitled “Lonely.”

Though the pay for Linh Dan has not been revealed, but it is said the sum is high for a star like her.

“Linh Dan didn’t receive pay at this moment because she wants to invest that money in to the film. Whenever the film yields profit, she would receive the pay,” said Director Bui Thac Chuyen.

Staying in Vietnam for a short time, Pham Linh Dan left very good impression on her Vietnamese colleagues for her simple and friendly behaviour.

“Pham Linh Dan played a difficult role, which completely used Vietnamese while she has been living abroad for a long time. However, she tried her best. Vietnamese actors learnt a lot from her professional working style,” Chuyen added.

Bui Thac Chuyen is working on the last shots of “Lonely,” which is scheduled to be completed in one week.
