Vinacafe Bien Hoa receive the Guinness certificate for the world largest coffee cup.

Vietnam is the second largest coffee exporting country in the world and the number one exporter of Robusta coffee. What can highlight the country as a powerful country of coffee? This question was the foundation for the idea about the world largest coffee cup. And Vinacafe Bien Hoa, the largest coffee producer in Vietnam, did it.

Nguyen Thanh Tung, Marketing Director of Vinacafe Bien Hoa, said to make this coffee cup, the firm carefully researched the regulations of the Guinness World Records organization and used leading experts. The firm also used tones of coffee for rehearsal.

The world largest coffee cup was combined with many cultural events. It was displayed at the Da Lat Flower Festival, a fund raising charity program in Da Nang, and the Hung Kings’ Death Anniversary.

The world record will re-appear again in the Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival from December 10-14 at the Biet Dien Museum in the Central Highlands’ city of Buon Ma Thuot.
