Disneyland-styled shows will be introduced for the first time in HCM City this lunar New Year (Tet). The show is named “The Land of Fairytales,” designed by the Dam Sen Cultural Park and the Smile Puppetry Theatre.

30-35 minute shows will include extracts of popular musical plays of IDECAF theatre, such as Na Tra makes disturbance in the water palace, Phu Dong Thien Vuong, and others.

“We plan to design daily shows, each show for a day in a week. The audience can buy one ticket, play all games, and join the procession, like the model used at all Disneyland parks in the world,” said the Director of IDECAF, Huynh Anh Tuan.

The Deputy General Director of Phu Tho Tourism Company, the manager of Dam Sen Park, said new shows will be designed in the coming time. The park will introduce a procession show this June, which is like the show at Disneyland parks.

The “Land of Fairytales” show will come for the first time on the first day of the first lunar New Year at Dam Sen Park. The show will run every day from the first to the fourteenth day of the first lunar New Year. It will be available every Saturday and Sunday after then.
