The centre will be inaugurated at 11A Tran Quy Kien, Cau Giay district, Hanoi on February 26.

The centre’s director is reputed calligrapher Trinh Tuan, 28, the author of a 300m Kieu Tale calligraphic work at the Nguyen Du Museum and the Declaration of Independence at the Ho Chi Minh Museum.

At the inauguration ceremony, calligrapher Trinh Tuan will give a presentation about the tripodal position in Vietnamese calligraphy and calligraphic training in the country.

The centre is being opened by the Vietnam Modern Art and Media Joint Stock Company and the East-West Culture and Language Centre.
