Mrs. World pageant to air live from Vietnam

| The winner and first runner-up of the Mrs. Vietnam 2009 pageant will go on to compete at Mrs. World 2009 in the coastal province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau this November, organizers said Wednesday. |
| The Mrs. Vietnam finale is set to be held in Ba Ria-Vung Tau this September. Seventy-two other countries and territories will send representatives to the upcoming international competition featuring beautiful and successful married women, the organizers said at a press briefing in Ho Chi Minh City. David Marmel, chief organizer of the Mrs. World pageant, said the two-hour finale will be broadcast live on Star World to 56 countries. National broadcaster Vietnam Television is also expected to air the contest live. Reported by Do Tuan |
