Tre vung cao (highland children) by Ly Hoang Long is on show until Tuesday at the “Da Lat – Impressive Moments” exhibition

The people and scenery of Da Lat in Lam Dong Province are on public display until next Tuesday via a photographic exhibition in the highland city.

Displayed since Sunday at the Hoa Binh Exhibition House, the photos show the beauty and history of the City of Flowers, which was recently classified as a First Grade City.

There are six grades for ranking Vietnam’s cities and provinces, from Special Grade like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City down to Fifth Grade.

The famous resort town celebrated its 115th birthday last December.

Since its founding in 1893 by French bacteriologist Alexander Yersin, Da Lat has been a favorite with tourists thanks to the agreeable climate and beautiful scenery.
