Mr. International 2008 Tien Doan and model Thach Hong Nhung will participate in the International Model and Beauty Festival 2009 in China from April 22 to May 17.

As a part of this festival, there will have a small contest for international models where models present the fashion of their country and show their posing skills. Last year, this event gathered more than 80 models from many countries and territories.

“This will be the first time I take part in an international event so I’m quite nervous. But I think I will be confident on the stage,” Hong Nhung said.

Mr. International 2009 Ngo Tien Doan was invited to the contest as a Juryman of the modeling contest. Tien Doan introduced Hong Nhung to the organizing board when they asked him to seek a Vietnamese representative to this event.

Thach Hong Nhung, 1.70m, 87-62-89, is a student of the Can Tho University. She won the Miss Photographic in the Miss Vietnam 2008 pageant. Hong Nhung and Tien Doan recently established the “Delta Heart” to raise money for charity.
