An award-winning work by photographer Le Hong Linh.

Vietnamese photographer Le Hong Linh has for the second time won a first place ranking in the Photographic Society of America (PSA)’s annual “Who’s Who” list.

This year’s list was published in the May issue of the society’s PSA Journal.

In 2005, Linh won the society’s first place for large monochrome print.

Linh has garnered international success unparalleled by his compatriots, having won more than 330 international awards and enjoying 21 pictures in permanent exhibition in museums worldwide.
