Miraculous kite flying festival on Red River bank

| Over 60 kites of various shapes and sizes flew over the dike slope of the Red River in Dong Anh, Hanoi on May 28 in the morning during the “Thang Long Kite Festival”. The festival attracted members of some kite clubs in Hai Duong and Hanoi.
