The Ta Oi ethnic group’s Arieu (Buffalo stabbing) Festival was organised on May 17 in the central province of Thua Thien Hue city to celebrate the 40th year the Ta Oi people have assumed the last name of “Ho”, after late President Ho Chi Minh.
