Phuong Nam Corp. will host a festival of CDs and video tapes during June 19-21 at the HCMC Exhibition House (92 Le Thanh Ton, District .1) with discounts of up to 80 percent.

The series Active Kidz, imported by Phuong Nam on license from Singapore, will be on sale at the festival.

The festival is co-organized by the Recording Industry Association of Vietnam.

At the festival, all items recently released will be sold at a discount of 10 percent, while older films and albums, including some rarely available on the market, will be offered at three competitive prices: VND5,000, VND7,000 and VND10,000.

All the items on sale are original and provided by domestic film and music businesses.

Phuong Nam will also sell some newly imported international albums and films, for which it is sole distributor in Vietnam.

Everyday the festival will have a Happy Hour when visitors can receive some of the latest albums for free.

Other activities include musical performances, autograph signings by local artistes and photo ops with local celebrities.
