Pop star Ho Ngoc Ha

Music fans nationwide are set to go crazy for the huge “Music Faces 2009” tour July 3 to 19.

Ho Ngoc Ha and Ha Anh Tuan, who will also be on the Music Faces tour, recently attracted a lot of attention on a national tour of universities.

Le Hieu, who is called “the prince of love songs,” Vietnam Idol 2009 winner Quoc Thien, and scores of famed singers, including Hoang Bach and Lam Chan Huy will also join hands in the event.

They will tour Hanoi, Hai Phong City in the north, the central city of Da Nang, the beach city of Vung Tau and Mekong Delta’s Can Tho city.

Five scholarships worth VND10 million (US$550) total will be granted to music students experiencing hardship at the final gala evening in Can Tho to be broadcast live on Vietnam Television’s VTV9 at 8 p.m. on July 19.
