LookAtVietnam – Singers The Vinh and Thuy Tien have gone to South Korea to participate in the Wataboshi Music Festival for the disabled in Asia and the Pacific.

The tenth Wataboshi Music Festival takes place from August 31 to September 4 at the Gyeonggi Arts Centre in Gyeonggido province.

The event has the participation of disabled artists from the host country, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, the Philippines, Japan, Singapore, China, Mongolia and Nepal.

The festival is held to promote connections between the audience and disabled artists. Each delegation will perform one work written by participants.

Singer Thuy Tien from Vietnam will perform a song named “Love Song in Rain” by The Vinh on September 2 in the evening, accompanied on guitar by The Vinh.

Participants will meet on September 1 to introduce art activities of the disabled in their countries.
