Last week director Cavallaro Brian Anthony wrapped up filming on a television series entitled Vietnam’s World Natural Heritage: Phong Nha - Ke Bang.

The film aims to promote the image of the country, its people and the sites to American tourists - particularly Vietnamese citizens living abroad.

The crew filmed part of the series at Phong Nha Cave and the other on the portion of Highway 20 (“the Ho Chi Minh highway”) that runs through Quyet Thang.

During the second half of the filming, the crew explored Historical Relics recovered from the Tam Co Cave and visited a Memorial Temple for Heroic Martyrs who died fighting on Highway 20, during the fight against American invaders.

Son Doong super-cave and the beauty of Phong Nha Cave have also been featured in “US Cave Magazine,” drawing more international tourists to explore Quang Binh Province and beautiful, Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park.

Phong Nha – Ke Bang was recognized as a World Natural Heritage site in 2003 by UNSECO.
