The Korean Airlines (Korean Air) has officially opened its representative office with an air ticket stall designed according to its new standard, at the second floor of the VIT building at 519 Kim Ma street, Hanoi city.

The Korean Airlines (Korean Air) has officially opened its representative office with an air ticket stall designed according to its new standard, at the second floor of the VIT building at 519 Kim Ma street, Hanoi city.

According to Lee Sang Kun, Chief Representative of Korean Air in Hanoi, the office is situated at the street where many Koreans are living and working. It also lies on the route convenient for visitors from the inner city or its suburb.

Beside the Hanoi - Seoul air route launched in 2001, Korean Air has successfully opened many other air routes such as Hanoi - Prague, Hanoi - Honolulu in addition to its traditional air route to the cities in North America and Europe.

From October 26, 2008, Korean Air has used aircrafts Airbus 330-300 with 296 seats on the Hanoi - Seoul - Hanoi air route instead of aircrafts Boeing 737-900 with 180 seats.

On the occasion of the new office inauguration, Korean Air offered presentation of gifts to passengers buying the Hanoi - Seoul two-way tickets at its new office.
