Within this year, Vinpearl Nha Trang has received 3 Awards including The Guide Award 2011 chosen by Vietnam Economic Times as the first time, and the second time award chosen by Vietnam Tourism Association is in Top ten of Vietnam’s leading five-star Hotels and the third award this place has been received in this year is Vietnam’s leading resort.

This is the fourth time Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang has  received awards from this organization, the World Travel Awards organization.

The criteria which the World Travel Awards gave to award for this resort are basing on customer satisfaction, competitiveness capacity, and quality of tourism and hospitality services around the globe.

This selection attracted not only foreign and Vietnam tourism experts but also foreign and Vietnam travel agencies, especially tourists all over the world. Thousands of customers, tourism companies and travel organizations in more than 160 countries voted for Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang.

Director General of the Vinpearl Company, Dang Thanh Thuy, said his company studied successful resorts around the world and, based on their experiences, selected service products suitable for Vietnam's culture, customs, and climate, with a focus on Vietnamese cuisine and traditions.

He added that Vinpearl is paying attention to quality control and ideas’ collection from its customers via email.

The resort is also developing a system of customer profiles to provide more personalized service for return guests.

Receiving these prestigious awards, Vinpearl Nha Trang has been getting more advantages in building and developing its brand and making a great impression on customers with good service products. In the near future, Vinpearl Nha Trang surely will attract more tours to Vietnam, contributing to the development of Vietnam tourism industry in the process of integration.
