Phong Hai Waterfall in Lao Cai province is high approximately 4 - 6 meters, 10 meters wide and hidden in the green forest. Despite it is low, the flow of water is not gentle, it rolls down from above, bangs on the rocks at the waterfall foot, bounces thousands of white foam.
