November Food Promotions at Caravelle Hotel

The promotion series will start at Reflections Restaurant with award-winning French dishes prepared by a celebrated French chef between October 31 and November 4. Inventive dishes of seafood, fish, foie gras, pigeon, lamb, and unique desserts will be available from VND1,570,000 (US$75) per person. Following this will be a pairing of salmon and Ciroc vodka in the Lobby Lounge from November 5 to 13. The combination of smoked salmon on toasted apricot hazelnut bread with chive sour cream, washed down with Ciroc, will cost from VND298,000 ($14) and be available from 5:00 p.m. until midnight. Reflections will also offer a week of wild poultry specialties from November 19 to 24. For VND1,180,000 ($57), the restaurant will serve a four-course menu of guinea fowl, duck, pigeon and quail. Wine lovers will find interest in the award-winning vintages from the heart of Sicily in a five-course prix fixe dinner at Reflections for VND1,490,000 ($71) (on November 18 only). Guests will also have a chance to sample vintage wine from the Grand Cru regions, known as the finest wine-producing vineyards in France. The Grand Cru wine dinner on November 24 is available for only VND3,150,000 ($151). On the same day, the Caravelle will get into the holiday spirit with a Thanksgiving buffet dinner of Western and Asian delicacies priced from VND1,144,000 ($55) per person. All the seasonal favorites will be there - stuffed whole roasted turkey with cranberry sauce and classic trimmings, cream of pumpkin soup, roast garlic potatoes, thyme gravy, and of course pecan pie. Last week, the Caravelle was honored with an EarthCheck silver certificate for eco-friendly management, alongside the Novotel Ocean Dunes and Golf Resort on the lower central coast and the InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. They are the first enterprises in Vietnam to gain the certification. EarthCheck Certification is a globally recognized system that is based on annual measurements of key indicators such as the consumption of energy and water, the use of paper and chemicals, waste treatment and community involvement. |
