The first runner-up of Vietnam Jewelry Beauty Queen 2009 pageant, Le Huynh Thuy Ngan will represent the country at the Miss Tourism Queen International 2011 pageant in China.

20-year-old Le Huynh Thuy Ngan is a 1.72m tall beauty and a student of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology.

She participated in Miss Vietnam 2010 and finished among the Top 20.

Started in 2004, Miss Tourism Queen International pageant is ranked fifth among world beauty contests. The event aims at enhancing   tourism, friendship amongst different countries, opportunities for Vietnam travel company development and fostering international cultural exchange.

Miss Tourism Queen International 2011 attracts more than one hundred contestants from around the world.

The contest will take place in Xian, a central Chinese city, from December 13 to 29.
