It will include the first UNESCO Vietnam - ASEAN Heritage Festival , the Celebration of 120 – year founding and development of Dalat , the Dalat Flower Festival and the announcement of the 2014 Western Highlands – Da Lat National Tourism Year.

The  main acitivities occurring on this occasion are: international conference of “UNESCO heritage in Southeast Asia: Conservation associated with sustainable development”, performances of UNESCO Vietnam-ASEAN intangible heritages, a talk about flowers and tourism in Da Lat, conference of Da Lat-Lam Dong economy, etc.

Ninh Thuan province People’s Committee also has just approved the plan of holding the cultural festival of Raglai ethnic group 2013. The festival will take places from August 28^th to August 31^st with more than 500 artists coming from four provinces: Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong. Main activities in the festival include performances, shows of traditional costume of Raglai ethic group and Raglai culture exhibit.
