Overseas Vietnamese youths start summer camp in Hanoi

| More than 100 overseas Vietnamese youth from 25 countries attended the Vietnam Summer Camp 2009, which opened at the Ba Dinh Square in Hanoi Sunday. |
| The camp aims to help participants practice Vietnamese language, learn more about their homeland, the website of the national radio station Voice of Vietnam quoted Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Thanh Son as saying. During the camp, the overseas Vietnamese youths will visit heritage sites and places of interest across the country. The annual camp which was first held in 2004 by the foreign ministryâs Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs takes place from July 19 - August 5. Reported by Huong Giang |
