Spurious liquor kills one, two critical

| One of three men admitted to the Gia Dinh People Hospital for alcohol poisoning has died, the city’s health department said Monday. |
Hoang Van Cong, 33, Nguyen Van Teo, 47 and Thai Van Tuan, 55, members of HCMC’s Binh Thanh District Social Support Center, were found unconscious after drinking alcohol on Sunday night. The men were hospitalized at 2 a.m. Monday. Cong died at 8 a.m. while the other two are still unconsciousness and in critical condition, the department said. Reported by Thanh Tung |
