The occupational safety and health program aims to train officials, inspectors and practitioners on work-safety methods developed by the International Labor Organization.

Meanwhile, the “Workers’ Health Protection” program aims to develop national policies as part of the recently proposed Occupational Safety and Health Law.

The project will be implemented jointly by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health and International Labor Organization in northern Thai Nguyen, central Thanh Hoa and Thua Thien -Hue city, and southern Dong Nai provinces.
