Two hospitals start construction

| The VND350-billion (US$20 million) Hoan My Saigon General Hospital kicked off construction Sunday on two hectares in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City. |
| The 12-story hospital will have about 200 beds with 20 specialty consulting rooms and state-of-the-art facilities for non-invasive surgery and internal-organ transplants. This is the sixth and largest Hoan My Hospital nationwide. The VND1.2 trillion ($69 million) Bao Loc international general hospital started construction on the same day on 4.3 hectares in Bao Loc Commune, Lam Dong Highlands Province. The 150-bed hospital with a physical therapy center and 200-room advanced sanatorium will provide medical treatment for Highlands and Central patients. Reported by Thanh Tung |
