Chè with scarcely ripe papaya and fresh cow’s milk will help lighten and smooth skin and blacken hair

Chè, the humble stewed fruit and sweet soup, is a favorite cooking for everyone, especially women.

Each kind of chè has a unique flavor and effect – like cooling the body and bringing eaters good sleep. Here are some kinds that help women and men – get rid of wrinkles, make their skin ruddy and smooth, and blacken their hair.

1. Remove wrinkles and make skin ruddy

This remedy will help you nourish your beauty, regulate digestive functions, remove wrinkles, and make skin glow with health. To make the soup, soak 25g of yến sào (edible bird’s nest) to take away impurities. Then put the nest along with 15g of deseeded chà là (dates) in a pot and pour two bowls of water. Cook the mixture until the dates are overdone. Season with black sugar.

2. Remove wrinkles, dim freckles

Another chè also helps nourish beauty, make the skin smooth, remove wrinkles, and dim freckles. For this, put 15g of red jujube without seeds and 25g of tuyết nhĩ (edible cauliflower mushroom) in a pot and cook for 30 minutes. Add 6g of trần bì (dried tangerine) and leave for 10 minutes. Finally, add a little sugar candy, beat one chicken egg and pour in the pot, and stir the mixture steadily.

3. Beautify skin and fight aging

One more remedy for beautifying skin and fighting skin aging is a soup made from apple and pear. Cut two apples and two pears into medium-sized pieces and take their seeds out. Put 120g of bo bo (sorghum) and 9g of trần bì (dried tangerine) in a pot, cover them with water, and cook for 30 minutes. Add apples and pears for 50 minutes. Finally, season the soup with refined sugar.

4. Blacken hair and reduce wrinkles

This soup, if eaten regularly, will help lighten and smooth skin and blacken hair. It also helps reduce wrinkles and give the face a ruddy look. To make it, you need a scarcely ripe papaya weighing 500 grams and 500ml of fresh cow’s milk. Cut the papaya into small pieces and put them in a pot. Cover the papaya with a little water and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Pour the milk in the pot and boil for five minutes.

5. Regulate digestive functions and beautify skin

To make this chè you need 15g of sÆ¡n tra (hawthorn fruit or fructus crataegi); 5g of kim ngân hoa (honeysuckle flower or flos lonicerae), 200g of xích tiểu đậu (adzuki beans) and 100g of sugar candy. Put sÆ¡n tra and kim ngân hoa in a pot, add enough water to just cover them, and cook for 20 minutes. Take the residue, add xích tiểu đậu to the pot, and cook the mixture until xích tiểu đậu are overdone. Season the soup with sugar candy. The sweet and sour soup, often eaten as an aperitif, keeps digestive functions healthy, cools the body, and helps maintain beauty.
