The fourth meeting session of the National Assembly (NA) will open tomorrow, the NA Office said Tuesday.

At the working session, which is expected to last about a month, NA deputies will review the economic and social situation and this year’s state budget.

They will also discuss 2009 funding distribution to local authorities.

NA members will consider passing laws on transportation, bio-diversity, a proposed special consumption tax and health insurance.

Other draft laws will be discussed in fields such as urban zoning, debt management in the public sector and state compensation.
