Delegates will begin the final working week of the fourth session of the 12th National Assembly (NA) today by engaging governmental cabinet members on a host of issues.

The delegates will ask questions regarding monetary policies, production difficulties, social security, and judicial regulations, with many ministers set to take part in the response session, NA Deputy Chairman Nguyen Duc Kien said.

Cabinet members will answer questions directly rather from previously prepared documents.

During the period for questions, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung can present reports and partake in answering queries. The NA will vote on the Road Traffic Law (revised), Law on Vietnamese Nationality, Law on State Officials and Civil Servants, Biodiversity Law, High-Tech Law, Law on Health Insurance, Law on Execution of Civil Judgments and Special Consumption Tax Law.

The legislative body will also resolve several resolutions, including programs for creating laws and ordinances in 2009.

The month-long session will wrap up this Saturday.
