VietNamNet Bridge – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on November 14 appointed Lieutenant-general Cao Ngoc Oanh the head of the General Department of Technology, under the Ministry of Defence.

On the same day, the PM designated Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Tran Van Hieu a Deputy Minister of Finance.

Nguyen Khac Dinh, Chief of the Secretariat-Editorial Department of the Government Office, was appointed the PM’s assistant.

Luu Van Hanh, Director of the Vietnam Airline’s Central Office, has become a member of the Board of Directors cum Head of the Control Board of Vietnam Airlines.
