Visa exemption for official passport holders between VN-Brazil

Under the decision dated March 31, 2009, the PM directed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to prepare necessary procedures regarding the ratification and notify relevant Vietnamese agencies of the effect of the agreement. He also asked the ministry to work with relevant agencies to implement the agreement which was signed in Brasilia on November 24, 2008. VietNamNet/VOV
