While receiving representatives of RoK groups, including the Korean Expressway Corp., Chan Vit and Kumho Asiana, PM Dung affirmed that Vietnam always creates favourable conditions for foreign investors, including those from the RoK, to do business in the country.

He highly valued these groups’ participation in socio-cultural and charitable activities in Vietnam and granting scholarships to Vietnamese students to study in the RoK.

The RoK groups’ leaders expressed their wish to continue investing in Vietnam, especially in such areas as finance, energy, transport, infrastructure construction and real estates.

Meeting with representatives of the two Ly families of Vietnamese origin in the RoK, the Vietnamese government leader praised the two families for their emotions towards the homeland although they have been living overseas for over a thousand years.

Talking with the Vietnamese Embassy staff and members of Vietnamese community and students in the RoK, PM Dung said that the Party and State always considers the overseas Vietnamese community an inseparable part of the nation and creates favourable conditions for them in their life.

He asked the Vietnamese Embassy and representative offices in the RoK to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Vietnamese community in the country.
