HCM City announces administrative formalities

There are 92 formalities related to land, the highest number for a field. There are 172 types of administrative formalities with clear procedures and forms.
At the announcement conference, HCM City’s Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Tai told districts, wards, communes and towns to urgently make public and implement these formalities. Tai urged grassroots authorities to seriously carry out these formalities and not put the people to any inconvenience.
HCM City Department of Home Affairs’ deputy director Le Hoai Trung said that the set of administrative formalities is available on the website of the HCM City People’s Committee and districts.
