The capital city will recruit 308 people who are university graduates and 619 others who hold college and specialized high-school diplomas.

The fields of recruitment include: police, military, land management and construction, finance and banking, justice, etc. The applicants must have Hanoi residency and be between 18-35.

Candidates with excellent-level university diplomas or hold Master’s and doctoral degrees don’t need to have Hanoi residential registration. Those who came in first in the university exams will be recruited without having to attend exams.

The exams to recruit commune-level officials will be organized in early April on three subjects: state administration, English and computer skills.

Last year the city recruited 536 state employees for 29 districts and towns.
