Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has re-appointed two deputy governors of the State Bank of Vietnam, Dang Thanh Binh and Nguyen Dong Tien.

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has re-appointed two deputy governors of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), Dang Thanh Binh and Nguyen Dong Tien.

The PM also appointed a five-member council for Vietnam Airlines Corporation, which has just become a one-member, limited liability company.

Nguyen Sy Hung, Chair of Vietnam Airlines management board, is now chair of the council.

Pham Ngoc Minh, management board member cum general director, and three members of management boards, including Luu Van Hanh, Nguyen Huy Trang and Nguyen Thi Thanh Van, have been appointed as council members.

Vietnam Airlines was recently turned from a state-owned corporation into a one-member limited liability company because it didn’t complete its equitisation before July 1 2010.

Many other state-owned groups must change their form this time and their personnel will also be re-appointed.
