The PM specifically told the Ministry of Planning and Investment to compile the review report of the implementation of the social-economic development plan in 2010 and in early months of 2011. The government will present the report at the opening session.

The Ministry of Finance was assigned to compile a report on the implementation of the budget spending plan in 2010 and in early 2011.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade is responsible for reporting the use of VND3.5 trillion ($175 million) of the state budget in 2011.

The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs was asked to compile a report on the management and use of the social insurance fund in 2010 and their practice of the law on gender equality in 2010.

The Ministry of Justice was assigned to prepare the report on some bills like the draft Law on Combating Human Trafficking and the Law on the Capital City.

The Ministry of Finance will submit the report on the draft Law on Independent Auditing.

Opening on March 21, the 9th NA session will close the four-year 12th NA. The 12th NA is one year shorter than the previous terms. The 2011-2016 NA election will be carried out on the same day with the election of the People’s Councils at all levels on May 22.
