Truong Tan Sang, a permanent member of the Secretariat of the Party’s Central Committee, announced the Politburo’s decision on the new positions to two Politburo members on Tuesday.

 

Politburo member To Huy Rua was appointed to the post of Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Organization.

 

Meanwhile, Politburo member Dinh The Huynh will leave his post as the Editor-in-Chief of the Nhan Dan (People) newspaper to assume the position of Chief of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Education.

 

Huynh’s new position was formerly held by Rua.
