The hotel reached its full capacity of 135 rooms in 1994. The rooms are elegantly designed and tastefully decorated, to offer comfort as well as convenience. They are fully fitted with wooden furniture, vanity, air-conditioning, IDD telephone, color satellite TV, in house movies, mini-bar, coffee and tea making facilities, hair dryer, personal electronic safe and bedside console.

The Superior Rooms are 24 square meters in size, one ring twin or double beds; Junior Rooms are 32 square meter floor area, large enough to comfortably accommodate 4 persons with twin or double beds. Deluxe Rooms are elegantly designed with queen or twin bed configuration in rooms of 31 square meters, ample for 3 persons. Extra beds may be requested when necessary.

The Orient Deluxe, suitable for two people only, and Deluxe Suites come with king size beds. The latter, with an area of 50 square meters, can accommodate an extra bed.

In the hotel restaurants, guests can choose from authentic Vietnamese, Italian, Chinese or Western dishes. The function rooms are of international standard with up-to-date audio-visual and meeting equipments, suitable for a variety of event formats.

The 150-seat Boulevard Restaurant is open from 6 a.m. to 11p.m., offering daily buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner and any other banquet with Vietnamese, Chinese, Italian and European cuisines. On the fourth floor of the Executive Tower, guests can enjoy wining and dining as they look out onto the beautiful view of Nguyen Hue city Avenue and downtown HCMC. Wi-Fi Internet is available for all in-house guests.

For a less formal occasion, the Coffee Lounge has a variety of beverage drinks and the 40-seat Rendez-Vous Bar specializes in a variety of wines, cocktails, beverages and snacks. For those who are interested in Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition (MICE), the newly inaugurated Kimdo Convention Center can host 1,200 visitors at a time with convenient expanded car park. The Lotus Hall on the ninth floor Lotus Hall is well-equipped with audio-visual system and modern facilities, and can facilitate up to 450 guests.

Other facilities for conferences and banquets include the ground floor 200-seat Saigon Hall, the Rose Room for 26 people, located on the third floor of the Executive Tower, and the 25-seat-Tulip Room. Both these rooms offer privacy for smaller meetings.
