Binh Duong University has signed an agreement with the software company VASC to establish the first online university in Vietnam.

Programs for the university are very different from e-learning programs many universities have implemented due to its high resolution interactive method that is convenient for learners.

The e-university is aimed at creating an ideal study opportunity for people. Learners can study frequently, anywhere and anytime.

Binh Duong University will organize the curriculum, contents, and exams, manage training quality and present degrees and diplomas.

VASC is responsible for technical infrastructure and conducting research on software for training.

Degrees from the university follow international standards and will be recognized in countries that are partners of Binh Duong University such as: Russia, China, and US.

The university has eight faculties: Business, Financial and Banking, Biological Technology, Vietnamese Studies, Sociology, Foreign Languages, Architecture and Construction. All will offer degrees online.

Besides bachelor degrees, the e-university will also provide college training, skills training and Masters.

Students will pay only VND 5- 10 million ($286 – 572) for every course. VASC will also offer a promotion on ADSL fees for e-students.
