Eran Katz, an Israeli with an entry in the Guinness Book of Records for best memory, talked with students in Hacinco student village in Hanoi March 10. He praised the intelligence and the studiousness of Vietnamese students.

In two hours, Eran Katz gave students much advice and revealed secrets to remember and train memory.

Students can improve their exam performance if they know how to concentrate. If students want to study foreign languages well, they have to learn to pronounce words correctly, Eran said.

He said that people need to learn 600 common words of a language by heart to be able to communicate.

“With this vocabulary, you can write an article for New York Times in English and for Le Monde in French,” Eran said.

In the talk with students, Eran said that they could increase their memorising ability by training regularly and being confident in the supernatural ability of each person.

Eran has collaborated with two publishers to publish two books in Vietnamese next December. The books discuss the special skills of supernatural memories.

Eran said that he will come back to Vietnam to learn Vietnamese.
