For the continuing education, Nam Dinh also tops in terms of the graduation rate (73.22%), a 10% decrease against last year’s exams.

In general, most localities have reported the sharp fall in the rate compared to last year’s exams such as Ha Tinh province, 40% lower, Cao Bang, nearly 35% less.

However, some localities announced the sudden increase in the rate such as Quang Bing and Lam Dong, 22% and 15% higher respectively.
